Clinic Description
Dr. Jadwiga A. Klymiuk, MD is a psychiatrist at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. She provides mental health, behavioral health, and addiction recovery services for adolescents and adults. Her programs include medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient treatment, and aftercare services, including specialized support for seniors, speakers of languages other than English, intravenous drug users, pregnant and postpartum women, and clients with co-occurring conditions. Telehealth appointments may be available.
In her MAT program, Dr. Klymiuk provides medical detox services for clients withdrawing from alcohol, opioids, or other substances. She takes a whole-client approach to recovery, helping clients understand their addictions through counseling and educational programming, as well as providing FDA-approved medications, including methadone, to ease their withdrawal symptoms.
Her outpatient services include additional counseling sessions and referrals to outside providers for continued recovery care, as required. If clients need longer-term pharmacotherapy services, Dr. Klymiuk can work with them to establish an ongoing MAT maintenance plan.
At John Peter Smith Hospital, Dr. Klymiuk works with most commercial insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, HealthSmart, TRICARE, United Healthcare, and others. She also accepts Medicare and Medicaid. Contact your provider to verify coverage because out-of-network benefits can vary.
