Harmony Recovery Center

Harmony Recovery Center provides mental health and substance abuse recovery services for teenagers and adults. Their programs include medication assisted treatment, various outpatient treatment, and aftercare support. Specialized help is available for pregnant and postpartum women and those with co-occurring conditions. They’re out in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Their medication program is centered around your individual assessment and psychiatric evaluation. A team of multidisciplinary providers can administer FDA-approved naltrexone, Vivitrol, and Suboxone to help you withdraw from alcohol, opioids, and other substances.

Depending on their recovery progress and level of need, you may participate in medication while in an outpatient program. Once their medical detox is complete, you can attend services that include individual, group, and family therapy sessions and life skills training. There’s also 12 Step meetings and recreational activities. You can also participate in holistic healing techniques, including art, nature, and adventure therapy. Longer maintenance programs are available for clients with more extensive pharmacotherapy needs.
