Clinic Description
Fellowship Health Resources, Inc., located in Raleigh, North Carolina provides behavioral health services for adolescents, adults, and seniors in addiction recovery. They specialize in medication-assisted treatment (MAT), crisis intervention, intensive outpatient (IOP) and general outpatient (OP) programs, and aftercare services. Specialized support is available for clients with co-occurring addictions and mental health disorders.
Their MAT services help clients safely detox from opioids, alcohol, and other substances under medical supervision. As needed, a multi-disciplinary team of providers can administer FDA-approved addiction medications, including methadone, to reduce the severity of withdrawal symptoms, lessen cravings, and lower the risk of relapse.
Outpatient services are based on each client’s individualized treatment plan, developed after a comprehensive initial assessment. Available services include individual, couples, group, and family counseling that incorporates an array of holistic and evidence-based modalities including trauma recovery, motivational interviewing (MI), mindfulness, and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
In addition to dedicated care, they operate a 24-hour crisis line and drop-in center that offers daily programs focusing on mental health and addiction recovery. Providers can also assist with discharge planning and make referrals to other, community-based treatment resources and primary care facilities.
Fellowship Health Resources, Inc. may be in-network with most commercial insurance providers including BlueCross/BlueShield, Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Humana, United Healthcare, and others. They accept Medicaid. Check with your provider to verify coverage as out-of-network benefits can vary.
