The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), dual diagnosis care, outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for pregnant and postpartum women, veterans, and underserved communities. Services are available in English and Spanish.

At Valle del Sol, clients undergo a personalized evaluation and are assigned to a case management team. Clinicians provide FDA-approved prescriptions, including methadone and Suboxone, to relieve withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Clients also participate in therapy to prevent relapse.
