Clinic Description
Located in Tucson, Arizona, Pascua Yaqui Tribe-Health Department provides mental health and substance abuse recovery services for children, teenagers, and adults. Services are available for enrolled members of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe, as well as their immediate family members, located in the Tucson and Guadalupe regions. Programs include medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient treatment, and aftercare support, with specialized services available for clients with co-occurring conditions.
Their MAT services help clients detox from opioids and other substances. Providers can administer FDA-approved medications, including methadone and Suboxone, to lessen the physical effects of withdrawal, improve client comfort, and reduce relapse risk.
Their outpatient services help clients learn more about their addictions, learn healthy coping techniques, and create a foundation for long-term recovery. Available services include individual, couples, family, and group counseling as well as life skills training, psychiatric evaluations, case management, acupuncture, and medication management.
