UofL Health – Peace Hospital, located in Louisville, Kentucky, is a Joint Commission-accredited behavioral health facility that offers drug rehab services to individuals living with a dual diagnosis or substance use disorder. In addition to the care provided at the facility, clients will have access to aftercare support and peer-led support groups including 12 Step programs.
