River Oaks Hospital & Clinics, formerly known as Twelve Oaks Medical Center New Vision, offers alcohol and drug rehab services, including opioid recovery, in Houston, Texas. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), detox, dual diagnosis care, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, and aftercare programs.

At River Oaks Hospital & Clinics, clients undergo a personalized evaluation and are assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, or disulfiram, are used to ease withdrawal and reduce cravings. Additional psychotherapy is provided to prevent relapse.

In addition to medication management, clients participate in individual, group, and family counseling to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Clients may participate in physical therapy, trauma counseling, and nutritional diets to promote healthy daily living habits. Clients may also receive referrals for the River Oaks network facilities and outside treatment centers and specialized substance abuse programs.

River Oaks Hospital & Clinics offers self-pay and financing options. The center may be in-network with insurance providers such as Aetna, Beacon, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Magellan Health, Optum, and Wellpoint.
