The center offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT), ambulatory detox, dual diagnosis care, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), general outpatient programs (OP), sober living, and aftercare programs for young adults and adults. Services are available in English and Spanish.
At BES Group and Associates, clients undergo personalized evaluations and are assigned a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, including Suboxone and other buprenorphine treatments, are provided to ease withdrawal symptoms and reduce chronic pain. Clients receive periodic drug testing, enroll in 12 Step programs, and participate in counseling. The medication-assisted treatment program lasts three to 12 months, and ambulatory detox lasts 5-10 days, with 3-5 hours of treatment per day.
After detox, clients enter intensive outpatient and/or outpatient programs. Services include education and relapse prevention workshops, individual and group counseling, spiritual healing, emotional wellness training, career coaching, and aftercare planning. Outpatient treatment can last two to three months. Sober living is also available in BES Group’s Pasadena, Texas, facility for clients who need more time to implement their medication management program. Additional referrals may be made for outside treatment centers for specialized drug abuse programs.
