Trinty Homeward Bound is a joint commission SAMHSA accredited non-profit behavioral healthcare agency located in El Paso, Texas, and serves teens, men, women, members of the military and their families, and individuals in the LGBTQ community. This facility provides inpatient, outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP) care, and detox treatment to individuals experiencing alcohol and opioid dependency and those with a co-occurring diagnosis.

A treatment team is assigned to all clients at the start of their journey to sobriety. Treatment plans are uniquely designed for individual clients but will consist of emotional, psychological, and spiritual support including cognitive behavioral therapy, and group and individual counseling. This facility also provides detox via medication-assisted treatment using buprenorphine and suboxone.

Clients receiving outpatient care including treatment through intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) and specialized intensive care develop coping skills through continued counseling and access to 12-step programs. Individuals will also be connected to additional resources that will support their sobriety.

This facility offers a range of payment options including self pay, financing options, and financial aid. Medicaid and military insurance is also accepted along with private insurance from providers including Amerigrou, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, and Aetna.
