Towers Jail

Towers Jail, in Phoenix, Arizona, offers drug rehab services for opioid recovery. The center provides medication-assisted treatment, outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for justice-involved young adults and adult men.

At Towers Jail, clients who were already enrolled in methadone treatment programs before their arrest are eligible to continue to receive FDA-approved prescriptions, including methadone, to ease withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings while incarcerated. Clients also participate in court-ordered counseling to prevent relapse.

In addition to medication management, clients also undergo individual and group counseling, by their programs. Clients may also participate in 12 12-step programs or other substance abuse treatments available in Towers Jail. Upon release, clients may receive referrals to outside treatment centers as needed.

Towers Jail’s methadone program may accrue additional charges. The center may be in a network with insurance providers, such as Aetna, Beacon, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Magellan Health, United Healthcare, and Wellpoint.
