Clinic Description
Formerly called Steven Segal Family Medicine, Segal Health Services provides primary and behavioral care for children, adolescents, and adults in Indianapolis, Indiana. This includes medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults in addiction recovery, as well as general outpatient (OP) and aftercare programs. Telehealth appointments may be available.
Their MAT program helps clients with opioid dependence withdraw from those substances under the guidance of a medical professional. Providers can administer methadone, an FDA-approved addiction medication, to alleviate the physical symptoms of withdrawal, reduce cravings, and lower the risk of relapse.
Their outpatient services include individual counseling and recovery education to support sustained recovery. Longer-term MAT maintenance programs are available for clients with more extensive pharmacotherapy needs, and providers may make referrals to outside resources if additional counseling or support services are required.
Segal Health Services may accept most commercial insurance plans including Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Humana, BlueCross/BlueShield, United Healthcare, and others. Speak with your provider to verify your coverage, as out-of-network benefits can vary.
