Clinic Description

Located in Rochester, New York, Pathways Rochester provides alcohol and drug rehab services for adults. As a department of Sisters of Charity Hospital, they specialize in medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient treatment, and aftercare support.

Their MAT program helps clients safely detox from opioids, alcohol, and other substances under medical supervision. Providers can administer FDA-approved addiction medications, including methadone, Suboxone, and Vivitrol, as necessary to help alleviate physical symptoms, minimize the risk of relapse, and lessen drug cravings.

In addition to MAT, they offer outpatient services to help clients better understand and work through their addictions. Treatment plans are tailored to meet the needs of each client, with available services that include individual and group counseling sessions. Additional support may be available in the form of recovery education, life skills training, and case management. Their aftercare services may include connecting clients to other departments within the hospital, as well as outside providers, that can support their long-term recovery.

Pathways Rochester works with most major insurance providers, including Aetna, Amerigroup, BlueCross/BlueShield, Fidelis, Cigna, Molina Health, and more. They also accept Medicare and Medicaid. Verify your coverage with your individual provider as out-of-network benefits may vary.
