Clinic Description
Phoenix House Texas – Austin Outpatient provides addiction recovery services for adolescents in Austin, Texas. Their services include medication-assisted treatment (MAT), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), general outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare support with dedicated services for intravenous drug users and clients with co-occurring conditions. Telehealth appointments may be available.
They take a whole-client approach to addiction recovery, offering MAT in addition to other therapies and services to encourage long-term sobriety. Providers can administer FDA-approved medications, including methadone, to help clients medically detox from opioids, alcohol, and other substances.
Once medical detox is complete, clients can participate in individual and group therapy sessions to understand more about their addictions and learn relapse prevention skills. Clients requiring a more intensive approach can enter the facility’s nearby residential program, where they can access clinical services, evidence-based therapies, and additional counseling. Long-term MAT maintenance programs are available for clients who require additional pharmacotherapy support.
Phoenix House Texas – Austin Outpatient is in-network with many commercial insurance providers, including Cigna, Humana, Magellan Health, ComPsych, United Healthcare, BlueCross/BlueShield, and others. They also accept CHIP, managed Medicaid, and state funding.
Phoenix House Texas – Austin Outpatient is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
