Phoenix House, in Brooklyn, New York, is an outpatient (OP) drug rehab for adults recovering from opioid and other substance use disorders. The center offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient (OP), and aftercare programs for adults.

Pre-scheduled events include motivational speakers, Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, and gender-specific meetings. Select sessions are available hybrid/online.

All alumni receive support, in addition to referrals to local partners for continuous care. Complimentary classes are provided in person and online. Training videos and other resources are also available.
