Clinic Description

PEER services have been using methadone to treat opioid addiction for over 50 years. Methadone treatments are used along with comprehensive and sustained clinical treatments and support group services. This will enhance the patient’s life, and also their families and communities.

Methadone Clinic Evanston has been around for over 50 years, treating the residents in Evanston, Chicago. Methadone clinics in Illinois use methadone-assisted treatment (MAT) as the leading treatment for opioid and heroin addiction. MAT is combined with counseling and providing additional support. MAT is carefully tailored to meet an individual’s specifications and uniqueness. This drug is used to cut the craving of the overuse of substances and end withdrawal symptoms, thus enhancing the patient’s well-being and preventing relapses. Opioid addiction is long-lasting and can cause mental health issues. Overdose affects mental stability and causes an individual to want more to create the same effect. Over time opioid cause lead to life-treating health issues.

How Our Helpline Works

For those seeking addiction treatment for themselves or a loved one, the MethadoneCenters.com helpline is a private and convenient solution.

Calls to any general helpline (non-facility specific 1-8XX numbers) for your visit will be answered by American Addiction Centers (AAC).

We are standing by 24/7 to discuss your treatment options. Our representatives work solely for AAC and will discuss whether an AAC facility may be an option for you. Our helpline is offered at no cost to you and with no obligation to enter into treatment. Neither MethadoneCenters.com nor AAC receives any commission or other fee that is dependent upon which treatment provider a visitor may ultimately choose.

For more information on AAC’s commitment to ethical marketing and treatment practices, or to learn more about how to select a treatment provider, visit our About AAC page. If you wish to explore additional treatment options or connect with a specific rehab center, you can browse top-rated listings or visit SAMHSA.
