Clinic Description
Association House of Chicago is an opioid recovery drug rehab in Chicago, Illinois. The center offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT), dual diagnosis, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), general outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for teenagers, young adults, and adults. Services are available for underserved communities, homeless/indigent persons, and justice-involved persons. Bilingual services are available.
At Association House of Chicago, clients receive personalized evaluations and are assigned to a case management team. Clients receive FDA-approved prescriptions to ease withdrawal symptoms and chronic pain. Clinicians provide medication management strategies to prevent relapse.
In addition to medication-assisted treatments, clients also participate in group and individual counseling, acceptance and commitment therapy, and emotional wellness training to develop healthy daily living routines. Clients may be periodically tested, and families receive resources and referrals to outside treatment centers and other drug abuse agencies.
The Association House of Chicago offers self-pay and financing options for clients who have Medicaid. The center can also help clients sign up for Medicaid.
