The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), inpatient (IP), outpatient (OP), sober living, and aftercare programs for young adults and adults Specialized programs are available for children, teenagers, justice-involved persons, and veterans.

At Talbert House, clients are evaluated and assigned to a case management team. Referrals are provided for outside facilities with specialized substance abuse programs.
