ZEPF Center SASI offers drug rehab services in Toledo, Ohio. The center provides detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), inpatient (IP), outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare services for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for pregnant and postpartum women, adolescents, and veterans.

At ZEPF Center SASI, clients are evaluated and assigned to a case management team to supervise their detox. Licensed clinicians administer FDA-approved prescriptions, which may include methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, and disulfiram, to ease withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Clients receive 24/7 support to discourage relapse.

After detox, medication management continues through inpatient and outpatient programs. Clients participate in individual and group counseling, receive health education workshops, and prepare to reintegrate into their communities. Zepf Center SASI may make referrals to outside facilities and specialized substance abuse programs.

Zepf Center SASI is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation facilities (CARF).

Zepf Center SASI offers self-pay and financing options. The center accepts Ohio Medicaid and is in-network with Aetna, AmeriHealth, Anthem BlueCross/BlueShield, Carelon, Humana, McLaren, Molina, Paramount, TRICARE, and United Healthcare.
