Oklahoma City VA Medical Center offers alcohol, tobacco, and drug rehab services, including opioid recovery, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), dual diagnosis care, inpatient (IP) and outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for veterans and their families. Specialized services are available for homeless/indigent persons, the LGBTQ+ community, and gender-specific groups.

The VA Medical Center may make referrals to outside treatment centers or within the VA network for specialized substance abuse programs.
