(SOS) Specialized Outpatient Services

Specialized Outpatient Services (SOS) offers drug rehab services for opioid recovery in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), intensive outpatient (IOP) and general outpatient programs (OP), sober living, and aftercare for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for gender-specific groups, justice-involved persons, children, and adolescents.

At SOS, clients are assessed and assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, or disulfiram, may be used to ease withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Clients also undergo evidence-based recovery programs to prevent relapse.

Besides medication management, clients participate in individual and group counseling, life skills development, and career coaching. Peer support, community outreach, and educational workshops with mentors promote healthy daily living routines. Women may be eligible for sober living from 4 months to 1 year to provide stronger structural support. SOS may make referrals to outside treatment centers and substance abuse care, such as 12 Steps Programs.

SOS offers self-pay and financing options. The center may be in a network with insurance providers, such as Aetna, Beacon, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Magellan Health, Optum, and Wellpoint. Please check your insurance provider for coverage and out of network benefits.
