New Day Addiction Center, formerly known as Nexus, is an alcohol and drug rehab, including opioid recovery, in Dallas, Texas. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), detox, inpatient (IP), outpatient (OP), and aftercare services for young adults and adults.

At New Day Addiction Center, clients are assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, or disulfiram, are used to ease withdrawal and reduce cravings. Clients are monitored 24/7 as they participate in counseling and enroll in 12-step programs to prevent relapse.

Besides medication management, clients undergo individual and group counseling. Services include peer support and holistic treatment like acupuncture and meditation. Clients also have access to a gym and recreational facilities to develop healthy routines. Referrals may be made to outside treatment centers for specialized substance abuse programs.
