Clinic Description

Be Well Texas offers alcohol and drug rehab services, including opioid recovery, in San Antonio, Texas. The center is part of UT Health San Antonio and provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for underserved communities and pregnant and postpartum women.

At Be Well Texas, clients undergo a personalized evaluation and are assigned to a case management team. Clients also participate in counseling to prevent relapse.

In addition to medication management, clients receive individual and group therapy. Educational workshops, holistic treatment, yoga, peer support groups, and Telehealth are available to strengthen clients’ resilience and life skills. Additional community resources can assist clients in promoting healthy daily living habits. Referrals can be made to outside treatment centers for specialized substance abuse programs.
