Evolve Indy

Evolve Indy is an alcohol and drug rehab center for adults in Indianapolis, Indiana. They offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT), partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and general outpatient (OP) programs, and aftercare services, including specialized support for members of the LGBTQ+ community, professionals and executives, first responders, college students, and clients with co-occurring addictions and mental health conditions.

They take an individualized approach to recovery, offering graduated levels of care based on each client’s unique needs. If clients need to detox from alcohol, opioids, or other drugs, providers can support this process by administering methadone to alleviate the physical symptoms of withdrawal, reduce cravings, and lower the risk of relapse.

Following medical detox, clients will participate in individual and group therapy sessions to learn about addiction, understand their triggers and underlying issues, and develop the life skills necessary for long-term recovery. Therapies are holistic and evidence-based, including both art and nature therapy as well as dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and interpersonal therapy. Family therapy sessions are also available, along with weekly adventure therapy opportunities including hiking, camping, and ATV excursions.
