Clinic Description

Compass Clinic offers alcohol and drug rehab services, which include opioid recovery in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for young adults and adults.

At Compass Clinic, clients are evaluated and assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved medications, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, or disulfiram, may be used to relieve withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings. Clients also participate in counseling and drug testing to discourage relapse.

Besides medication management, clients receive individual and group therapy. Services may include peer support, emotional wellness training, life skills development, family resources, and physical therapy. Compass Clinic may also make additional referrals for outside treatment centers and specialized substance abuse programs.

Compass Clinic offers self-pay and financing options. The program costs $75 per week, plus fees for drug testing and additional services.
