Clinic Description
CleanSlate Outpatient Addiction Medicine provides alcohol and drug rehab services for adults in Indianapolis, Indiana. Their services include medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient treatment, and aftercare support. Specialized services are available for pregnant and postpartum women, members of the LGBTQ+ community, minorities, military personnel and veterans, clients with disabilities, clients with Hepatitis C, and clients with co-occurring addictions and mental health disorders. Telehealth appointments may be available.
Their approach to recovery is client-focused and customized, with individual care plans designed to help clients overcome addictions to alcohol and opioids. They take an evidence-based approach that combines MAT with behavioral health services, treating the physical, mental, and emotional sides of addiction. During the initial detox phase, physicians can administer FDA-approved medications, including buprenorphine/naloxone products (Suboxone, Zubsolv, or a generic equivalent), buprenorphine injectables (Brixadi or Sublocade) and naltrexone products (Revia, Vivitrol, or a generic equivalent) to ease withdrawal symptoms, reduce relapse risk, and minimize cravings.
Following detox, clients can participate in individual and group counseling to support their long-term health and recovery. If additional medical or mental health care services are required, designated care coordinators can refer clients to the appropriate providers.
CleanSlate Outpatient Addiction Medicine works with most major insurance providers, including Cigna, Humana, Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross/BlueShield, United Healthcare, and others. They also accept Medicaid and Medicare. Contact your provider to verify your coverage, as out-of-network benefits can vary.
CleanSlate Outpatient Addiction Medicine is accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
