I’m Still Standing by Grace

Formerly called I’m Still Standing by Grace, By Grace Counseling Services is a mental health and substance abuse treatment center for adolescents and adults in Baltimore, Maryland. They provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT), residential treatment, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), general outpatient programs, and aftercare services. Services are gender-specific, and specialized support is available for seniors, adolescents, pregnant and postpartum women, clients with HIV/AIDS, members of the LGBTQ+ community, DUI/DWI offenders, and clients with co-occurring conditions.

Clients who need to detox from opioids and other substances before beginning treatment can do so through their MAT program. Licensed medical professionals can administer methadone, an FDA-approved addiction medication, to reduce pain and improve client comfort during the withdrawal process.

They offer graduated levels of residential care, including high-, medium-, and low-intensity programs. Providers deliver 24/7 client support, with services that include crisis stabilization, clinical services, and group therapy.

Their outpatient programs incorporate holistic therapies and evidence-based strategies to help clients overcome their addictions, learn life skills for recovery, and prepare for a life of sobriety. Services include individual and group therapy, relapse-prevention training, and peer support groups.
