FHCB Health System provides primary, behavioral health, and mental health care services for children, teenagers, and adults in Baltimore, Maryland. Their programs include medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults in addiction recovery, as well as outpatient treatment and aftercare support. Specialized services are available for clients with co-occurring conditions. Telehealth appointments may be available.

Their MAT services are provided per each client’s individualized treatment plan. As clients detox from opioids and other drugs, providers can administer methadone, an FDA-approved addiction medication, to improve client comfort, reduce the severity of symptoms, and minimize relapse risk.

Outpatient treatment may include an array of services to help clients understand more about their addictions and take steps toward long-term recovery, such as individual and group counseling, addiction education, and peer support groups. MAT maintenance programs may be available for clients who require longer-term pharmacotherapy support.

FHCB Health System works with BlueCross/BlueShield, and may also accept other forms of commercial insurance, including Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Amerigroup, Humana, and others.
