All Nations Wellness and Healing Center provides primary care, dental care, mental health care, behavioral health care, and addiction recovery services for children, adolescents, and adults in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Their programs include crisis intervention, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and aftercare services, including specialized services for adolescents, pregnant and postpartum women, and clients with co-occurring conditions. Telehealth appointments may be available.

Their MAT services help clients safely detox from alcohol, opioids, and other drugs. Providers can administer FDA-approved addiction medications, including methadone, buprenorphine, and Suboxone, to improve client comfort, minimize physical pain, and reduce the risk of relapse during withdrawal.

Their holistic, whole-client approach helps clients work through the root causes of their addictions, identify triggers, and develop healthy coping strategies. Their treatments include individual and group counseling as well as holistic and evidence-based therapies. Holistic treatments include acupuncture, traditional healing techniques, and massage, while evidence-based modalities include eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), moral reconation therapy (MRT), and Seeking Safety groups. Case management, 12 Step recovery programming, and addiction education courses are also available.

All Nations Wellness and Healing Center may be in-network with many major insurance providers, including Aetna, Cigna, Humana, United Healthcare, BlueCross/BlueShield, and others. They also accept Medicaid, Medicare, and Centennials. Some services are provided free of charge to eligible Native Americans who have a Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB).
