The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), dual diagnosis care, outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for young adults and adults. At CleanSlate Outpatient Addiction Medicine, clinicians use FDA-approved prescriptions, such as buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone, Zubsolv), buprenorphine injectable (Sublocade or Brixadi), and naltrexone (Vivitrol, Revia) to ease withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Clients also participate in evidence-based psychosocial treatment to prevent relapse.
Besides medication management, clients receive group and individual counseling to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Recovery coaches provide mentorships, life skills development, and trauma care, and encourage resilience and healthy living routines. Clients may be referred to outside treatment centers for specialized substance abuse programs.
