WestCare California MLK

WestCare California’s MLK site, located in Fresno, California, is a substance use disorder treatment center with numerous programs which may include medication assisted treatment such as buprenorphine and Vivitrol as part of the OUR WestCare Matters MAT program. The facility serves adult men and women.

In addition to meds, the MLK locale offers short-term and long-term residential treatment programs for men and women. It also provides a residential treatment program for mothers and their children and a residential program for fathers and their children.

There’s also a specialized STOP Treatment program for people who need to be placed in a residential program. These folks may be in need of services or safety from domestic violence or an unsafe environment.

They’re licensed by the State Department of Health Care Services. It may accept insurance plans from select insurance providers such as Aetna, TRICARE, Kaiser Permanente, Beacon, and Magellan Health.
