Clinic Description
CHAS Valley Medical Clinic offers alcohol and drug rehab services in Spokane, Washington. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare services for young adults and adults. Specialized care is available for children, adolescents, and pregnant and postpartum women. Services are available in English, Arabic, Japanese, Russian, French, Pashto, and Ukrainian.
At CHAS Valley Medical Clinic, clients are assessed and assigned an individual treatment plan. Licensed clinicians administer FDA-approved prescriptions, which may include methadone, Suboxone, buprenorphine, naloxone, and disulfiram, to ease withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Clients are supervised throughout dosing and during their treatment.
In addition to medication management, clients participate in individual and group counseling. Clients build emotional wellness to prevent relapse, receive nutritional guidelines, and develop life skills. CHAS Valley Medical Clinic may make referrals to outside treatment facilities and specialized substance abuse programs.
CHAS Valley Medical Clinic offers self-pay and financing options. The center accepts Medicare and Medicaid and is in-network with Ambetter, Bridgespan, Community Health Plan of Washington, Lifewise, Molina, Mountain Health Co-Op, Pacific Source, and Primera.
