Located in San Jose, California, Valley Health Center Allexian provides primary, mental, and behavioral health care and addiction treatment services for adolescents and adults experiencing homelessness. Operating under Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, their programs include medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient treatment, and aftercare support including specialized services for intravenous drug users, pregnant and postpartum women, members of the LGBTQ+ community, clients with HIV/AIDS, and clients with co-occurring addictions and mental health conditions.
