Clinic Description
Austin Outpatient Clinic provides primary, mental, and behavioral health care and addiction recovery services for military personnel, veterans, and their families. They’re in Austin, Texas. Their services include medication assisted treatment, outpatient treatment, and aftercare support, including dedicated services for adolescents, young adults, seniors, the LGBTQ+ community, speakers of languages other than English, and persons with co-occurring disorders.
Their program helps clients withdraw from alcohol, opioids, and other substances in a safe, medically supervised environment. Providers can administer FDA-approved buprenorphine and naltrexone to improve client comfort and help ease withdrawal symptoms.
Outpatient services include individual and group-based counseling, addiction education, relapse prevention training, and peer support groups to help sustain recovery.
In addition to military benefits, Austin Outpatient Clinic accepts most major insurance plans. These can include Aetna, Cigna, Humana, and United Healthcare. They also accept Medicare and Medicaid. Contact your provider to verify coverage because out-of-network benefits can vary. Financial assistance is available.
