Clinic Description

Claymont Comprehensive Treatment Center methadone clinic Washington DC is an outpatient methadone maintenance treatment program that helps opioid dependents win the war against opioid addiction with its comprehensive treatment programs. Its “whole patient” personalized treatment approach combines medical and counseling services that empower its patients to become stable, self-sufficient, and productive members of society. The Comprehensive Treatment Center provides a wide variety of services to help patients during the process of improving their lives. The list of services includes Individual, Group, and Family Substance Abuse Counseling to inform and educate patients about the possible underlying causes of their addiction; 10 Week Educational Series; Monitored Drug Screening to identify potential drugs; Nursing Consultations; HEP C Testing and Referral Services by Grubbs, Medical/Medication Appointments with a Medical Director and Annual Physical Examination for general monitoring.

CTC offers its substance use disorder services under the Human Care Provider Agreement through its contractual arrangement with DC’s Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) and the Assessment and Referral Center (ARC).
