Clinic Description

Dr. Thili Kulatilake is a family medicine physician associated with Desert Family Medicine and Northwest Healthcare. Both clinics are in Tucson, Arizona. She provides medication assisted treatment, outpatient treatment, and aftercare services for children, teenagers, and adults.

Dr. Kulatilake’s program allows you to detox from alcohol and drugs before beginning other addiction recovery services. She can administer methadone and buprenorphine. These are FDA-approved addiction medications that help you overcome the physical symptoms of withdrawal, manage cravings, and reduce relapse risk.

Dr. Kulatilake may provide behavioral health and mental health care services to help you treat the mental and emotional aspects of your addictions. These services may include individual and group counseling, addiction education, life-skills training, and referrals to outside providers if additional support is required. Maintenance programs may be available for clients with greater pharmacotherapy needs.

Dr. Kulatilake may be in-network with most commercial insurance providers. Contact your individual provider to check your coverage as out of network benefits may vary.

Where do calls go?

Calls to numbers on a specific treatment center listing will be routed to that treatment center. Calls to any general helpline will be answered or returned by one of the treatment providers listed, each of which is a paid advertiser: Rehab Media Group, Recovery Helpline, Alli Addiction Services.

By calling the helpline you agree to the terms of use. We do not receive any commission or fee that is dependent upon which treatment provider a caller chooses. There is no obligation to enter treatment.
