Ranch at Dove Tree

The Ranch at Dove Tree is an alcohol and drug rehab in Lubbock, Texas. The center offers detox, medication-assisted treatment, inpatient (IP), partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), transitional living, and aftercare services for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for the LGBTQ+ community, pregnant and postpartum women, and veterans.

At The Ranch at Dove Tree, clients are evaluated and assigned to a case management team. While in detox, licensed clinicians administer FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, and disulfiram, to ease withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Clients are monitored throughout the process to prevent relapse.

In addition to medication management, clients participate in individual and group counseling to treat co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Using dual diagnosis holistic approaches and evidence-based processes, therapists can treat eating disorders and trauma. Peer support and family programs are also available. Clients may be referred to outside facilities for specialized substance abuse treatment.
