Clinic Description

The Consortium offers drug rehab services in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for opioid recovery. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), dual diagnosis care, intensive outpatient (IOP), general outpatient (OP), and aftercare programs for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for pregnant and postpartum women and justice-involved persons.

At The Consortium, clients undergo a personalized evaluation and are assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, including methadone, buprenorphine, Vivitrol, and Suboxone, are used to ease withdrawal and reduce cravings. Clients also participate in other pharmacological treatments to prevent relapse.

In addition to medication management, clients receive individual and group therapy. Services include family counseling, enrollment in 12 12-step programs, trauma therapy, career coaching, and life skills development. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and prolonged exposure therapy enhance emotional wellness. Childcare is provided during sessions. Referrals may be made to the Consortium’s residential treatment center or other substance abuse programs.

The Consortium offers self-pay and financing options. The center may have a network with insurance providers such as Aetna, Beacon, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Magellan Health, Optum, United Healthcare, and Wellpoint. Please check your insurance provider for coverage and out-of-network benefits.
