St Martin de Porres, also known as St. Joseph’s Medical Center – Opioid Treatment Center, is a drug rehab for opioid recovery in Brooklyn, New York. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient treatment, and aftercare programs for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for underserved communities.

St. Joseph’s Medical Center’s opioid treatment center offers personalized evaluations and a case management team for each client. FDA-approved prescriptions, including methadone and other buprenorphine medications, are used to ease withdrawal symptoms and chronic pain. The treatment center is available by referrals or walk-ins.

In addition to methadone management, St. Joseph’s Medical Center also provides counseling, career coaching, health education classes, periodic drug testing, and individual therapy to maintain sobriety and prevent relapse. Referrals can be made in the St. Joseph Center or larger St. Vincent network for social services, inpatient treatment, and intensive outpatient programs regarding substance use disorder and co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders.

St. Joseph’s Medical Center offers self-pay and financing options. The center may be in-network with insurance providers such as Aetna, Beacon, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Magellan Health, TRICARE, and Wellpoint.
