Recovery & Resilience Centers, in San Francisco, California, is a drug rehab for opioid recovery. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient (OP), and aftercare services for young adults and adults.

At Recovery & Resilience Centers, clients are evaluated and assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as buprenorphine, Suboxone, and Sublocade, to relieve withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Clients also undergo counseling and drug tests to prevent relapse.

In addition to medication management, clients participate in individual and group therapy. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), contingency management, and the Matrix Model are used to strengthen emotional wellness and build resilience. Telehealth is available. Clients may also receive family resources and referrals to outside treatment centers for specialized substance abuse programs.

Recovery & Resilience Centers offer self-pay and financing options. The intake and assessment are $350, and monthly follow-up visits are $200 each. Insurance is not accepted, but insurance providers, such as Aetna, BlueCross/BlueShield, Humana, and Optum, may provide limited coverage and out-of-network benefits.
