Clinic Description
Perfectly Imperfect provides addiction recovery services for adolescents and adults in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Their gender-specific services include medication-assisted treatment (MAT), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and aftercare services, including specialized services for adolescents, clients on probation, clients with PTSD, and clients with co-occurring conditions. Telehealth appointments may be available.
Their MAT services are tailored to the individual needs of each client. Providers can administer FDA-approved medications, including methadone, to help clients overcome the physical effects of withdrawal, reduce their cravings, and minimize their risk of relapse.
Their outpatient services are based on a whole-client recovery model, with holistic and evidence-based therapies that help clients understand their addictions, identify triggers, and develop life skills for long-term recovery. Individual, group, and family counseling are provided. Holistic treatments include fitness therapy, wellness classes, yoga, and acupuncture, while complementary, evidence-based treatments include motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy (SF), community reinforcement approach (CF), Seven Challenges, and the Matrix Model. Providers can refer clients to community-based resources, including housing assistance, medical facilities, and employment assistance programs, to support continued recovery.
Perfectly Imperfect may be in-network with most major insurance providers, including Aetna, Cigna, Humana, United Healthcare, TriWest, BlueCross/BlueShield, and others. They also accept Medicaid. Speak to your individual provider to verify coverage because out of network benefits may vary.
