OMEGA Recovery

Located in Austin, Texas, OMEGA Recovery provides mental health and addiction recovery services for adolescents and adults. They offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), general outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare support. Dedicated services are available for seniors, pregnant and postpartum women, intravenous drug users, and clients with co-occurring conditions. Telehealth appointments may be available.

Their MAT program helps clients safely detox from alcohol, opioids, and other drugs. They take a holistic, whole-client approach to recovery, offering FDA-approved medications, including methadone, to ease withdrawal symptoms, alongside other services to support long-term recovery.

Once medical detox is complete, clients will work with a recovery specialist to develop a step-down treatment plan, which may include inpatient or outpatient services as appropriate. Services offered include individual and group counseling, relapse prevention training, peer coaching, nature therapy, yoga and mindfulness, life skills training, and evidence-based therapies including dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Clients who require longer-term pharmacotherapy services can begin MAT maintenance programs.
