Clinic Description

North Fulton Treatment Center administers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid addiction and dependency. This is done with the use of methadone and Subutex, after the first consultation with the medical staff. Roswell methadone clinic uses MAT along with counseling and peer support groups. Methadone is an opioid used to treat all levels of, caused by opioid use disorder (OUD). Subutex is a treatment for a lower level of pain, caused by substance abuse. Methadone clinics in Georgia provide monitoring to keep track of the patient’s progress.

NFTC Roswell methadone clinic also offers a specialized program for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, general life skills, contingency management, case management, Coordination with specialist services, and an evidence-based curriculum. They also have special groups for community relationships. Other than providing treatment and support programs to its patients, North Fulton Treatment Center keeps working to educate and end about opioid addicts.
