Clinic Description

Michigan Therapeutic Consultants Gaylord or MTC is one of the methadone clinics in Michigan offering cost-effective medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services to people who suffer from opiate addiction. The Gaylord methadone clinic is fully licensed and accredited and specializes in treating opiate addiction with the combination of methadone and outpatient therapy. Using the most current therapeutic techniques and processes, each patient’s therapeutic program is designed to meet their needs and preferences. MTC’s “whole patient” approach to therapy is based on a holistic approach that focuses on education, employment, relationships management, financial recovery, and any other components of life that are negatively affected by addiction. Patients are expected to attend at least two counseling sessions, whether individual or group, each month. Its therapy treatment program comprises of an on-site physician, therapist sessions, and random drug testing. MTC’s compassionate and professional service staff consists of board-certified physicians, licensed registered and practical nurses, as well as licensed and certified therapists with many years of combined experience in the medical and psychological fields.
