At La Mesa Detox Recovery, clients are assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, or disulfiram, are provided to ease withdrawal and reduce cravings. Counseling is also provided to prevent relapse.
Clients also receive therapy to supplement their medication management to improve their daily living routines. Referrals may be made to outside treatment centers and specialized substance abuse programs.
