Integrative Health Centers is a behavioral health and drug rehab facility located in Nashville, Tennessee. This facility serves young adults, men, and women who are navigating a dual diagnosis, drug, and opioid addiction through outpatient rehab and intensive outpatient programs.

Integrative Health Centers provide comprehensive care through their inpatient programs. These programs allow clients to focus on their recovery in a distraction-free and supportive environment. Clients moving through detox will have access to methadone treatment, and round-the-clock supervision and care. Cognitive behavioral therapy can also help clients who have a dual diagnosis identify and manage triggers and work through the challenges that come with detox treatment.

As clients exit detox or move out of inpatient care, intensive outpatient programs (IOP) can help clients transition into the real world, allowing them to build on the foundation that was developed in inpatient care. IOPs provide more rigid and robust support than outpatient care, often requiring around 20 hours a week of intentional care. Through an IOP, clients can also get connected to community resources including 12-step programs that further promote their sobriety.
