Ideal Option

Located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Ideal Option is an alcohol and drug rehab center for adults. They offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient treatment, and aftercare support. Telehealth appointments may be available.

Their MAT services begin with an initial client assessment and the development of an individualized treatment plan. Providers administer FDA-approved medications to help clients manage the symptoms of withdrawal and reduce their relapse risk. These medications include Suboxone, Sublocade, Subutex, Vivitrol (naltrexone), acamprosate, disulfiram, and bupropion.

Providers can refer clients to community-based addiction recovery services, including behavioral health counseling, to help them address the underlying causes of their addictions, learn life skills and relapse-prevention techniques, and set a foundation for long-term recovery. In addition to therapy, they also offer referrals to housing, transportation, job placement services, career training resources, and food assistance.
