Clinic Description
Hope Community Services offers drug rehab services for opioid recovery in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for adolescents, justice-involved persons, homeless/indigent persons, seniors, and veterans. Services are available in multiple languages.
At Hope Community Services, clients are evaluated and assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, or disulfiram, may be used to ease withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings. Clients also participate in evidence-based counseling to prevent relapse.
Besides medication management, clients undergo individual and group therapy, develop life skills, and build resilience. Community resources are available for housing assistance and to promote healthy daily living routines. An emergency mobile unit is available. Hope Community Services may make additional referrals to outside treatment centers and substance abuse programs.
Hope Community Services is accredited by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
