HealthRIGHT 360

Integrated Care Center, part of the HealthRIGHT 360 network, offers drug rehab services for opioid recovery in San Francisco, California. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), dual diagnosis care, outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for seniors, gender-specific groups, and pregnant and postpartum women.

At the Integrated Care Center, clients are evaluated and assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, or disulfiram, may be used to ease withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Drug tests and counseling are provided to discourage relapse.

In addition to medication management, clients participate in group and individual therapy to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Services include primary care to promote resilience, nutritional guidelines, tobacco cessation care, and psychiatric care. The Integrated Care Center may make referrals to outside treatment centers for substance abuse programs.

Integrated Care Center is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the California Department of Health Care Services.

Integrated Care Center offers self-pay and financing options. Clients eligible for Healthy San Francisco, Medi-Cal, Medicare, FamilyPACT, or Covered California are accepted. Please check your insurance providers, such as Aetna, Beacon, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Kaiser Permanente, Magellan Health, Optum, and Wellpoint for coverage and out-of-network benefits.
