Health Care Resource Centers Chelsea, also known as HCRC Chelsea’s medication-assisted treatment (MAT), is a program that provides treatment to individuals who suffer from substance abuse. This methadone clinic in Massachusetts is known for serving affected individuals and improving their lives by helping them cope with their addiction.
