Located in Tucson, Arizona, Full Impact is a drug rehab center for adults. They provide medication assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient treatment, and aftercare services.

Their MAT services allow clients to safely withdraw from opioids and other substances under medical supervision. Providers can administer methadone, an FDA-approved addiction medication, to ease the physical symptoms of withdrawal, reduce cravings, and lower the client’s risk of relapse.
