Clinic Description

Located in Omaha, Nebraska, CenterPointe Campus For Hope offers addiction treatment services for adults. They specialize in medication-assisted treatment (MAT), residential treatment, outpatient treatment, and aftercare services. They also operate a 24/7 crisis hotline for immediate support and service referrals. Specialized support is available for unsheltered clients, low-income clients, and clients with co-occurring addictions and mental health conditions.

Their MAT services help clients safely detox from opioids, alcohol, and other substances as they enter recovery. As required, providers can administer FDA-approved addiction medications, including buprenorphine, to improve client comfort, reduce cravings, and lower the risk of relapse.

Their residential services can be long-term or short-term in nature. Long-term programs last four to six months while short-term programs last around 45 days. Clients will learn more about their addictions during their stay and address underlying conditions.

Their outpatient services are customized according to each client’s individual treatment plan. Available offerings include individual, group, and family therapy, recreational therapy, nursing care, life skills training, career counseling, psychiatric services, and peer-based support groups. Providers can also make linkages to community-based resources for continued care and recovery assistance.

CenterPointe Campus For Home may accept most forms of commercial insurance including BlueCross/BlueShield, United Healthcare, Cigna, Humana, and others. Speak to your individual provider to verify your coverage as out-of-network benefits can vary.
